You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Shipping
شحن
The shipping cost is 30 dirhams throughout the Kingdom of Morocco and 10 dirhams in the city of Beni Mellal
in case we send you a wrong product or damaged product or any false we are responsable for the shipping cost will be on us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if we ship the right product and the product is in good condition but you want to change it. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any shipping company located in Morocco can be used in the shipping process: CTM, Amana and other shipping companies

التكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
